First 3D Animation Ready Indonesia Online

Infinite Framework (IFW), animation studio based in Batam, finally successfully completed the film Dream Achieved. The film was recorded as the Indonesia-made animated film which was shown first in theaters. IFW Managing Director, Mike Wiluan, mentions that this film work done in Batam for three years, with funding of U.S. $ 5 million.

Films involving 150 animators (all children of the archipelago, except for five foreign animators) were taken in the village setting with a forest of Batam Island. Reaching Dreams are stories adapted from the book by Ho Minfung entitled Sing to the Dawn. This book tells of brothers who tried to protect their homes from contractor fraud.

According to Mike, actually it was over since 2008, but first distributed to various countries, like Singapore, Korea, and Russia, under the title Sing to the Dawn. The reason, in order to achieve international recognition first. To locate this film, Nia Dinata IFW recruited to assist the process of writting the script and Erwin Gutawa for re-composition of music.

Voiced by the film consists of a series of famous artists such as Regine Velasquez, Patton's "Little idol", Cut Mini, Shanty, Indra Bekti, Uli Hersiansyah, Ria Irawan, Surya Saputra, Joko Answar, and Tike Priyatnakusuma. Reaching Dreams will begin running in theaters on 8-9 September 2009, starting from the network Cinema XXI Indonesia. Previously, the film was broadcast on National Children's Day, July 23 and, in Jakarta.
